Tallywise Terms

Terms for using Tallywise as a travel-budget and expense-recording tool.

Use of the app

Tallywise is a trip, daily-budget, per diem, receipt, and expense-recording tool. You are responsible for reviewing entered or scanned expenses, exchange rates, reports, and budget calculations before relying on them.

No financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice

Tallywise provides budgeting and recordkeeping tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, payroll, employment, or reimbursement-policy advice.

Accuracy

Receipt scanning, budget-sheet scanning, currency conversion, and report generation may contain errors. Review scanned fields, exchange rates, totals, and exports before submitting them to an employer, client, accountant, or tax authority.

Tallywise Lifetime

Tallywise Lifetime is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. It is not a subscription. Purchase confirmation, billing, restoration, and refund handling are provided through Apple and are subject to the terms associated with your Apple Account and storefront.

Your data and exports

You control information entered into Tallywise and the files you export. If iCloud is enabled, Apple CloudKit may sync app data across devices according to your Apple ID and iCloud settings. You are responsible for handling exported files and sensitive expense information appropriately.

Availability

Tallywise may change over time. Features such as iCloud sync, StoreKit purchases, notifications, widgets, Siri, Shortcuts, camera access, and exchange-rate refresh depend on Apple services, system permissions, network availability, and device settings.
